Year end roundup :: a month chock full o’grace + gratitude ::

Body:

Moving through the month of December, there’s always an element of self reflection that goes hand in hand with holiday time.

It’s a time to look at what’s worked + what hasn’t. Which important lessons caught us off guard and those emotional items needing to be recycled, relearned or repurposed. It’s a means of equating value to the culmination of an entire year.

At the beginning of every year inevitably, I’m moved by a theme and a color. It will simply just present itself in the form of a word: this year, it was “faith”.  Its color: brilliant turquoise blue.  Assigning your word a color, correlates a visual and more tangible connection in your mind’s eye.

My literal theme will show itself repeatedly, cropping up in various mediums and scenarios. There’s comfort in knowing that in 12 months, this “life intensive” quite possibly, will show results: like a deliberate crash course that seeps into your cells, transforming life forever

As you move through what’s left of the year be present, grateful + mindful.

Reflection: what was “your theme”?

Go to facebook: See No Color + Tara Correll: Share your word / theme & your color for next year… put “it” out there, make it stick.

I AM SO VERY GRATEFUL FOR THE SUPPORT YOU GIVE ME...  HAPPY HOLIDAYS!
